Wow, I didn't expect her to be the one to go. Two weeks in a row with a surprise elimination for me.

I'm surprised Nicky named Santino the winner. I thought she would select Nick. Also, I am stunned that the judges would keep Marla over Guadalupe, even thought I was not overly fond of the Gua.

Next week looks interesting....working in pairs and some look like disasters.

I was so sad Nick didn't win. I so loved his dress....

However this was one of the few things I have see of Antinio's I have actually liked...

I am surprised they didn't get rid of Marla....I couldn't stand Guad's dress but still...Marla's wasn't original at all....

Okay.. Claudia's parting "danke schoen"? Classiest exit ever. She was one of my favorite models this season. Too bad she had to leave.

I wish NH would've chosen Nick for the win because (once again) I really did not like Santino's dress. The bodice was too busy and bumpy -- braid, ruching, and then that puffy "rose" centered above the waistline? Not my cup of tea at all. He was in the same overkill boat as Lupe in my opinion.

Surprise of surprises, I actually really liked Andrae's dress, and was pleasantly able to forget his prissyfit over missing chiffon when I saw his model walk the walk. I also liked Emmett's, though I could tell NH wasn't a big fan of it -- the scrunched up look of benign disapproval on her face while Emmett's model was on was hilarious to me.

Didn't like Dirty D's (although props to whoever gave her the monicker for making me remember one of my favorite bad Michael Jackson songs! ), didn't like Kara's, didn't like Chloe's; the waistband looked ill-placed and awkward to me.

And I didn't like the original Chloe dress that NH wore, so it must go without saying that I hated Marla's derivative. I don't get the fondness for ruffles this season. They make everything so bulky and too over-the-top.

Danny V's looked wonderfully pretty to me; I was expecting him to be in the top three. He wuz robbed! And Nick really should have won. His design and execution were both fabulous, even if he likes bias cutting a little too much.

He's probably the best designer, but he's such an incredible [mod edit] (can I say that?) I loved it when NH said that he had the right attitude and look to be a designer (Why does Michael Kors look like an accountant then?) He is so pretentious, I'm sure he'll win hands down. (He should be careful that he doesn't wear heels that make him taller than Miss Heidi.)

Same here. Way to show us your roots, Nick. I love him more and more with every quip that comes out of his mouth.

I agree completely. Nick should have won, over Santino's dress. But, I guess it all comes down to personal taste. I loved the color, and the skirt was kind of cute, but.. I'm sorry, that braiding looked like something you'd see on a pillow or a couch! It had no business anywhere near a party dress. Particularly not one worn by a Hilton.

And Danny V's dress was absolutely gorgeous. I didn't think I'd like the print, but combined with the design and the slinky silhouette, it really came together beautifully. But, now that I think back, it may not have had as high marks because it didn't really scream 'party' dress?
