Thought George Michael was straight (not really)

Did some deep soul searching regarding homosexuality and how I feel about it when my son had a male roomate who was "flamboyant". My son is not your traditional "manly-man" -- so I sat down with my son and told him that if he is gay -- that's fine with me. I just don't want him to ever have to hide who he is, etc -- after my heart wrenching talk, my son said "Mom, I'm not gay...but thanks for sharing" (his friend is bisexual). This led to my son giving me all sorts of information about sexuality which enlightened me considerably (although I could have gone to my grave without seeing that book on S&M ).

So, the above qualities make me as clueless as everyone else, right?

    KC...

You sound great! I wish I would have had someone to tell me about that stuff. It sure would have saved my exwife a bunch of grief!

My feelings are the same about my son. I will love him no matter what he decides to be or do in his life because he's always going to be my son!! You're a good mom KaiCee!!
