I agree that the bad dye job is something that some insecure guy might get to look "hipper". Then again, perhaps the chance to win a million dollars talked a gay guy who wouldn't normally be caught dead with that style into doing it. What's worse is that the dye job, as well as the piece of hair hanging in the front, calls attention to his hairline. Wild guess based on stereotypes, but wouldn't a lot of gay guys go for the high and tight buzzed or bald looks with that hairline? Unless this is the meticulously cast gay guy intended to prove that there are tons of gay guys with no judgement about what looks good either.
