Well I think As is looking at the big picture... he has already proved himself as a valauable member of a crew..and by splitting the pot with his crew he shows himself as a fair leader...I think by doing this he is looking at the large picture and keeping himself in the game longer

I think they need to get rid of Jay

Jay doing the master manipulator part.... that usually comes back to bite you on the backside BIG time when its found out
