    1. He calls Keith smart for after kicking off Zack "stepping aside and letting him (Dave) take charge", implying that Dave was the one who best knew what he was doing. From the editing this seems untrue (e.g., Keith staged the Beau-Casino night coup).

. I am still a fan of Dave, but not his best performance in my book.

My take, for what it is worth and I posted on an earlier post is this. That Keith knocked off Zack, was the target for all the ire from the Originals and then stepped back and engineered from the background. For example in my earlier post I put forth the theory that Keith knows all along that Dave will not vote to take him out and keep Scott, however, by Keith reacting the way he did he can do 2 things. I think Keith is great and very smart and this is what he didl:

    1. He acted like Dave was being disloyal and could turn on him and vote off him and Tara, thereby securing some form of trust from Scott/Holly and garnering their votes to pick the couple to knock off. Notice that he never promised that if he got the power that he would keep Scott/HOlly, just said he would take into considration Daves actions.

    2. Then I predict, like most of everyone here, tonight he keeps Dave/Charla while explaining to Scott that although Dave ticked him off, he cannot make Charla pay the price for Daves actions. Thereby he sends Scott/HOlly home, and when they come back to vote on the jury, they understand why he did what he did and may actually vote for him and lobby other against Dave because of Daves actions.

If you think back, Keith allowed Dave to do a lot of the FAB4 work in getting rid of people, other than the obvious Zack vote off, which had to be done to start chipping away at the original alliance, Keith has never been in the position after that to get rid of anyone, other than picking Tara over Amy last week, and she knew he was not going to pick her, Dave on the other hand was King and booted Kristin, got the power after Casino night, got rid of Beau, etc. He put himself in a position to feel the most animosity from the returning originals. Even he started realizing that at the last Pandoras Box when he said he did not want the power. Even Amy started to realize this and laid off Keith after a while, even when the originals came back, they were not so mad at Keith as they were Dave and the girls. I hardly remember them mentioning hiim, except of cours dumbass Zack, and even when he get dumbass voted off again, I predict he will still get most of the votes tonight!!!

Yes Keith has played this game very smart and very well and I predict the if they vote tonight for an individual winner, he will get it, or if they vote for a couple, it will be him and Tara.

Okay.. here is the rundown... Charla wins the money but she got to pick who she want to share the money with.. she picked Kieth... therefore.. screwing Dave OVER.
I think if Charla could pick anyone to share the money with, she would choose Tara... Explaining why her entire pre-show interview is about how much she likes girls!!!

Dave came AFTER Charla was saved by the "no one leaves without having had a roomate" rule, and they fell into the alliance out of circumstance. Dave would have been sent packing if it weren't for Charla, too.

I think that Dave's first week in Paradise, they went to eachother out of despiration. There was no one else for them to go to. It would have been interesting if Andon would have showed some brains, and gone to Charla that week, making her choose between him and Dave...Then if Charla picked Dave, we could for sure say that she saved him... Now you can say they support eachother, but most of it is speculation.

I agreed.. they needed each other.. let you ask you a question... let say last week if Scott got the power to vote off any couple and he picked to save Dave and Charla.. are you then going to give the credit to Dave for saving Charla ? Of course not.. Dave and Charla are partner.. for better or for worse. but now if Charla get to choose who she share her money with .. and pick keith.. now.. that's royal screw job.

We do not yet know what is going to happen tonight.

You make good points, and I agree that Dave was doing a lot of the front work and taking some risks because of that. The only thing that I don't completely agree with is that it was Keith making Dave look disloyal, because Dave was doing a pretty good job doing that himself. What we saw on the show raised ambiguities, but in the Pandora's box game where Dave talks about whom he might have voted off, from the Yahoo Platinum clips of last week (mild spoiler)
he did more than just say that he "considered" voting Keith off. When pressed with the question "Whom would you vote off first, Keith or Scott?", Dave's response was, "I don't know...Keith." Whether or not Dave was being truthful, it was a hint at disloyalty calculated toward getting in Scott's good graces in case Scott ever had to choose b/w him and Dave.

Keith may have been smart to exploit Dave's errors, but I think Dave has been trying to leave an impression in his interviews that making Dave look disloyal was an offensive strategy engineered by Keith, rather than a defensive strategy in response to Dave's strategy regarding Scott.

I disagreed.. if not for Keith... At least Holly believes that Dave would definately pick Scott/Holly over Keith and Tara.. Keith definately spoils Dave's plan.
