Alex is at least trying to strike up a conversation with Charla and she's basically ignoring him.

Admittedly, he is trying to get info out of her, but he could just as easily ask Tara and avoid talking to Charla altogether.

I don't think it would kill Charla to at least speak to him.

She seems to make things harder on herself than they need be.

He was dropping enough hints at who she could have gotten friendly with during their talk earlier and she deliberately ignored the fact he was clearly talking about the two of them hooking up.

He has to face facts that she doesn't fancy him.
