I think Tom is just playing to the cameras. He knows none of the other guests want him there, so he's just going to act goofy and be annoying as hell until he leaves.
The thing that scares me is that
1) if he is trying to annoy everyone why is he doing his stuff when he is alone?
2) if he is playing to the cameras why doesnt he ever look into them?
I think this boy is just plain off his rocker
