Remember that when Tom picked Holly, nobody knew yet how the elimination process was going to be. They all probably just thought that Tom would still make the decision.

Based on that, Dave's thinking might have been to have Tom far from Tara and Charla, but also far fromo Kristen's evil melons so he wouldn't be influenced by her. Maybe the same line of though applied to Amy.

So send him to Holly who is pretty neutral to Dave and out of the danger zone.

Ok I had a horrible day and I couldnt post very much you guys seem to have run away without me here!!

Quit pickin' on poor Dave!! He kicks ass at tennis, he has wiped the court with all who challenge him. He said he was a league bowler when he was a kid, so was I, now I cant hit the broad side of a barn with an 8 lb ball. He cant be good at everything! Think of how much more obnoxious that would make him!
I think Dave made a pretty good decision telling Tom to pick Holly. It took the heat off of his own alliance and now that he gave Tom good advice, Tom may trust him enough in the future to take more advice from Dave.. like who to eliminate on Wed's show. Tom has been watching the show from home and he should know which end is up.. (well after what we saw last night its hard to say if he does or not) I think Dave made a good move.. if Tom has 1 brain cell left that his crack habit hasnt killed he will take out Alex, the only strong hold of the original alliance left.

In the previews the men were all lined up to make their choices. Dave was at the head of the line and Keith was at the end of the line. I sincerely hope that one of these men is the eliminator. I think Alex was standing next to last. It would be so sweet if he were eliminated right at that point. Go Dave go ! Go Keith go! Go home Alex go, yeah dumbass I was talking to you! now get!

If Holly had gone last, I think she would still have picked Scott which would probably still have resulted in Toni being booted, as she would likely have picked Scott too, but that would have been Holly's doing instead of leaving the decision up to Keith again.

Holly is simply too "into" Scott at the moment and I feel as long as he is allowed to select her i.e. no rule about not rooming with people you've roomed with before, she would choose him over anyone.

You know, it is exactly this behavior - giving the new person the choice of roommate a day or two after arriving at the hotel - that led to the new people being ousted and the original guests to stay there for so long. Being forced to stay by themselves for the week then chosing who would leave was a good rule for the producers to come up with in the past few weeks. I also think that the immunity from being kicked out of the hotel with the casino game was a great idea. This way, we really have no idea who will have the upper-hand.

Yep it sure injected some spice into this game! I just think the closer things get to the end the more exciting it will be. People are realllllly feeling insecure now and its starting to show.

btw I think it's cruel of the producers to make the men wear full tuxedos in 90 degree weather lol

Couldn't an original screw things up a little by picking Tara? Like maybe Beau? I'm not altogether sure she'd remain loyal to her group. She was sneaking around with Alex last night and the people they surprised were his "friends," not hers. I think she'd jump ship on the Barbies if the right opportunity came along. She's weak; just wants desperately to be liked. So let's say she's chosen by both Keith and Beau. Do you think she'd actually choose Keith?

I almost hate to say this, but I like watching the Originals beat Dave at his own game - whether its bowling, gambling, if he can kiss the girl by midnight... He's highly entertaining when things don't go his way.

If Tara has half a brain (and I think she does, she shares the other half with Holly) she will choose whom ever ensures her longevity. In the big picture her best bet is to choose one of the 'new' ppl and go her own way from there. She can like Beau, she can bed hop all she wants (as we saw Holly do) but if she wants to stay in this game her choice is very clear
