Okay, today's question of the day: On the official Paradise Hotel web site, they actually list the hotel staff and give a brief resume' of each, why on earth would they do that if they are not taking an active role in the game except, of course, doing their job.

What I'm getting at is; do you suppose they will have had some sort of role in this. You know like they have been kibitzing and causing trouble.
Way back when the show first started, I suggested that the staff start playing practical jokes on the "guests" and blame them on other "guests" to make things interesting. That would ROCK if that was actually the case.

I think it would be hilarious if the staff started doing stuff like that, just to stir the pot

Well considering that I used to stage gladiator combats with ants, that's not surprising.

I would have made a good Roman Emperor. Muhahahahaha!!!

But yeah, that would be hilarious if they did that, like take stuff from one room and put it in another, or switch people's drinks and stuff.

You know, in one episode, they showed Charla talking with the masseuse and showed Dave talking with the bartender. But that has been pretty much the only interactions we have seen between the guests and the staff (outside of the staff bringing the letters and food). My guess is that Fox had thought the staff would play a role but realized that the guests provided more than enough drama and just haven't worked the staff into their editing.

I don't buy this theory Mel.

I wouldn't be surprised if at the end of the show they announce that this is where "Toni's gut feelings" came from, Beau's "inside information", etc. Or that the new guest tonight is one of them as well. The bartender would be great because he's privy to a lot of these inside conversations and can weed out the dawgs!

Now THAT would be a killer twist. I like the way you think. Kurt the Bartender becomes Kurt the Guest.

Could you just see THAT Pandora's Box? Keith would be the only one asking the questions:

Charla: How many people here have you pinky-sweared with?
Dave: Are you EVER gone get a clue?
Beau: Did you forget some medication?
Alex: Did you forget this show was being taped?
Amy: Did you want to borrow some Clerasil and maybe a pacifier?
Kirstin: When was the last time you were tested at the clinic?
Scott: Okay, out with it, which "team" are you on?
Tara: It's a game, not "Elimidate" when are you going to choose a team?
Holly: Would you pick me if I get rid of Scott?

I think he'd be disappointed that Toni's not there to scream "GAME ON!" to Dave like she has the last 2 PB's. It just won't be the same Pandora's Box without that.

Luna, you're not sick. You're part of a very elite group of people. (Just say this over and over and you too will begin to believe).
