The title song

Does anyone know who the title song is by? I know that it was originally recorded by Men At Work, but this sounds brand new. Can you help?

I'm pretty sure it was the original song... Maybe a song just sounds new if you haven't listened to it for awhile! Plus a lot of old songs have been "digitally re-mixed" (or something like that) so they sound better!

You are right, "Down Under" was on their first album "Business As Usual", released in 1982.

I loved that song when it came out. I was in high school than and enjoyed all of the 80s music. Thanks for letting me know what year it was released.

I pulled out my Business As Usual album, dusted off the record player and compared the two versions. The version used on the show is definitely a different recording. I don't even think it's Men at Work the voice is different the guy's voice in Men at Work is lower.

I was a Men at Work fan back in the day and I don't think that is the same group, as the current version has a different singer who doesn't even sound like he has an Australian accent. I preferred the original, but was glad to here this version too, as I always liked that song.
