Well, forget that getting too big for his briches Tony. And I still hope Dave can saves his team's fate since Todd struggles on his own. I'm still rootin' for Parker (and Grandpa). Parker seems to be taking his attitude problems to heart, and Treasure Island is certainly being good to his young crew - at least so far.
I really dislike Todd's emphasis on competing with Parker. He should be focused on exceeding the expectations of the claim owner.
I sometimes forget Parker is so young, and I should cut him some slack. He is **such** a bad boss! The money those guys make must be huge, for them to put up with him.
Parker is a major jerk, but I still root for him to succeed. Seems like Grandpa John is his good luck charm, every time he shows up Parker has a great cleanup. Over 400 oz this week, I bet Todd is crying like a little baby. LOL!
The fact that Todd ALWAYS competes with Parker shows how he is immature, inexperienced and hamming for the cameras. He seems to want to be THEE Gold Rush star, so silly IMO.
Just cuz Parker is young, doesn't mean he has to strut around the chicken coop/forest like he's the biggest cock of the state. That's what IMO, Todd tries to do. Parker's age bugs him.
Parker is way immature...and I can't stand how he talks to the crew. He's superbly fortunate (& seems to forget) that his family (grandpa AND dad) have given him these golden opportunities in his life. Pun intended.

All things beautiful do not have to be full of color to be noticed; in
life that which is unnoticed has the most power.
John Schnabel Dead: Gold Rush Star Was 96 : People.com
John was such an AWESOME man. RIP JOHN.
So sad. He was so sweet and his love for Parker was so obvious. Glad he lived long enough to see him become a successful gold miner. He'll be missed.
I loved John. He was the only reason I watched Gold Rush. He was a wonderful grandfather.
Lovely and loving tribute to John Schnabel on Gold Rush tonight. He was a wise man to educate Parker and then let him make his own decisions and mistakes. We saw John's wife, Erma. I didn't realize she was still alive. And he told Parker that having someone to love was more important than money.
