I couldn't be happier for these two. I've cried along with them for the last couple of years. YAY for them!

Re: Million Dollar Listing - NY

I finally saw the full episode. I really love how they are all friends now. Poor Luis! I never was a huge fan of his but I feel badly that he isn't happy. I can't imagine leaving NYC for Paris. The language barrier for one would be isolating. Plus, there aren't a lot of 'bar bars' to make friends. Plus, no 24 hour bodegas - so God forbid you run out of something while everything is closed. I do think he has a lot of strength to admit he isn't happy and not to put a 'brave face' on it.

Fredrick and Derrek will be the most loving of parents - those kids will be so spoiled with love!

Let me add, because for some reason I couldn't edit my post...

I love this crazy show and the entire cast of characters. I've watched them evolve and mature, over the years, and got that warm and fuzzy feeling during the season finale.

I've warmed up to Steve and look forward to seeing him again next season. Hope we see more of Luis because I'm interested in his future endeavors. I'm beyond thrilled for Fredrick both in his business success and in watching him interact with his children in the near future. Last, but not least, Ryan's new business adventure will be whole new chapter for this show. I wish him the best of luck!

It is refreshing that all these guys are friends (unlike MDLLA.) It may have taken them a while, but it makes it so much more enjoyable for me.

What a great season. Sooo happy for Frederick and was happy to see that Luis at least tried the Paris experience. If he hadn't, I think that the "what-ifs" would have been awful for him. I wonder if they will hire him back for the show.

A happy sweet finale, who would have thunk it?

I really enjoyed this season. The real estate was the only cray cray going on. 😉

I enjoyed the finale, and I'm so happy for Frederick and Derek! I teared up when he was looking at the ultrasound.

I just watched the finale and agree with all you guys it was a great episode --- in fact, to me, it was definitely the best finale episode of the whole franchise.

Loved the guys with Luis! Who would've thought they'd all become such great friends with true affection for each other? Warms my heart. I hope that Luis will return to the show --- but although he said he's going back to NY, he didn't really say anything about working with any of the guys. (In fact, he's living in Israel right now!)

And Fredrik and Derek, OMG, I'm so happy for them. I teared up too, when Fredrik found out about the twins. It's funny, I can't stand the 'work' Fredrik, but I really love the 'home' Fredrik. And he and Derek are so wonderful together.

I also love how Ryan is with Emilia. I always thought he was such a playboy who would never settle down, but he seems to be so totally content (and in love) with Emilia, and also (even more surprisingly) so respectful of her. I am really pleasantly surprised at what a great husband he's become.

The only thing that worries me is that I'm suspecting that the 'finale' may have been the show's finale and not just the season finale. They way they wrapped everything up so beautifully, and that little word 'fin' at the end, I hope it didn't literally mean 'the end.' Now that they're showing a bit more of the guys' home lives, and they have so much good stuff going on, I need more of this show! Does anyone know anything about this?

I expect a season 7. However, I believe there will also be a Bethenny and Fredrik show of some sort.
