I don't know... I could be way off here...but something tells me Melina is NOT dead...only because all the other times the death was shown...this time it really wasn't...unless because it's the finale they more or less left us hanging...so until I actually see Melina dead...I'm not ruling anything out yet

I agree with those who think Melina isn't dead. I've had her pegged as the killer from the first episode. She may in fact be dead, but something tells me that they are doing the Agatha Christie "And Then There Were None" thing where the remaining people think one of them is the killer when in fact the killer is someone they thought was dead, but wasn't.

While I would like Melina to still be alive, according to ABC.com she is not.

That would lead to the red herring theory though.

If Melina is indeed dead and was not the killer doing a fakeout, I'd like to see Cris win this, then Lindsey. Kam... well, unless this was indeed an act, I hope that his future was worth the $250K because that narcissus smart-alec smug mule attitude is not going to endear him to many business owners.

I am more and more certain that Kam is the killer.

I suggested the Agatha Christie red herring several weeks ago; I think it was after the first double death and I thought at the time that it might be Dana. In Christie's book, the red herring death came in the middle of the story, not this close to its end. But, right or wrong, it's been a pretty enjoyable journey and I'll be satisfied with any winner that isn't Geno nor Kam.

The official site now says 3 guests Are left and one of them is the killer.

    Ellen, I wish.

Since it can't be Melina, I'll also vote for Cris - she who has been saved all the time and rather cool throughout the process.
