Oh Dear Lord, I do not think this is going to go well for BOSTON.

I am from Boston. Still have my home in Boston but moved to SoCal 4 years ago. We go back and forth. And I do have relatives in Southie.

Just watching the commerical for the first time last night … my DH and I said nothing and just rolled our eyes after seeing the extended commercial about this coming show on A&E.

Ugh.

I can't wait. My ex grew up in Southie where, he says, "you were either a cop or a robbah." I wouldn't worry about this show damaging Boston's reputation. It's not as if nobody heard of it before this show.

I didn't think I'd like this show, but it was kinda cute. I do understand where you're coming from...The show "Justified" is loosely based on my hometown...nothing like they portray ever happens here.

Hated it. My sister pointed out that A&E does "reality" terribly, and this show is a prime example. The only thing that wasn't phony, faked and orchestrated were their accents. It's off my queue.
