    Start Ups (Bravo)

I think it shows the "noise" that goes on in the lives of 20 somethings.

    First impressions
-Herminy a fake person looking to use people. It would be wasting energy to be this girls friend.
-Four seasons girl-- cares more about being a cool Internet girl than giving a date the privacy it would deserve if it was a real thing
-girl with long dark hair--pessimistic undertone. It is a ashamed she does not appreciate her youth.

I watched last week (premier) and this week! I find the whole premise of the show quite interesting as my son does this exact work in San Diego! I will say there is allot of money to be made in all this high tech Internet marketing field of work!

I will probably continue to watch and Lizard, your post on 'first impressions' was perfectly stated!

    Re: Start Ups (Bravo)

I've actually worked in the field of 'start ups' and 'venture capital' for many years and so far, this show is fairly accurate. The main difference is there is a noticable lack of older people in the Bravo show. Although it's true that in the computer - tech world much of the brainpower is among the young people --- they still have to work closely with people in related fields, as well as all of the people who provide the money and experience/business expertise for their ventures -- and those folks are, for the most part, quite a bit older. But good for Bravo for giving us two new reality shows that are both in extremely innovative settings. The other one is LOLworks --which is NOT one of my new favorites, but I have to admit, it is bizarrely interesting.

I worked for a dot-com startup in San Francisco and these folks seem nothing like the people we were hiring, nor do they represent Silicon -- or as they pronounce it "silicun" -- Valley culture. Where are the real geeks? Where are the brainy immigrants and engineers? Who lies down on the floor of an investor's office? Who would take Sarah, the self-important sorority girl with a creaky voice, seriously enough to pay for her tweets? These people are arrogant and insufferable.

    Herminy wants sex NOW.

Sarah thinks it is ok to throw water in someone's face.

Beyond highschool age men will not get serious until they are happy with their job. (Steve Harvey think like a man) And they will pursue you constantly when they are interested. The more you update hour fb status or tweet the more interesting you are????

Throwing the drink takes her further away from a stable life. Disrespecting others does not bring respect.
