I heard about this show a few weeks ago, and I won't watch it for the same reason I won't watch The Jersey Shore, any Real Housewives, the Kardashians, etc, etc, etc. I do not find them interesting, and their manufactured "drama" strikes me as ludicrous. I don't have any desire to watch people with lots of money throw it around frivolously while I'm trying to figure out how to get my kids through college in this economy!

B-I-N-G-O!!!!! I believe we have a winner! I stopped watching RHW & their spin-off's awhile back. Too much drama & I really don't give a dang who/what you are wearing or how much it cost the store/designer you borrowed it from.

Give me 52 episodes of "An Idiot Abroad" and I will be a happy lady!

I can't believe Asa would wear a Khaleegy dress with Indian jewelry. She's SUCH a belly dancer! Wow! l guess I'm so used to seeing them as a costume to perform in.

Well, regardless, I wonder where she got it. It's really pretty!

Actually Ryan Seacrest got these people to make fools of themselves, as he is executive producer. Andy just bought the show for Bravo from Ryan.

I remember being proud to say I watch Bravo. That was more than a few years ago. Now I just tell people I watch Top Chef.

I wonder if people will learn how to pronounce Iran properly now. I am so tired of hearing Eye Ran. I also discovered I am a Persian mother when I saw the mom ask if Sammy (?) wanted his food on or beside his rice. My kids are 20,18,14 and I still do that.

Not sure. I have never seen Jersey Shore. I just watched an episode of this ondemand yesterday while folding laundry. We have many Persian friends from university and the reality is to get out of that country and into ours or the US you do have to be fairly wealthy. We don't have any who are over the top like this show. I am not sure if it is something I would watch on a regular basis but for the curiousity factor as well as the "I have watched all my regular shows already" factor of a Sunday afternoon it was entertaining.
