ABC is repeating the Sally episode tonight. Really? Why?

Ah, for just one time I would take the Northwest Passage.

I've never watched this show, but caught a couple of minutes while flipping around the channels yesterday. Not sure if it's Sally, but the woman I saw was chatting on the cell phone while on the treadmill, then sitting next to her weight equipment having a cup of coffee.

I'm not the brightest bulb in the sign, but I'm pretty sure drinking coffee while sitting next to weights doesn't do much for your muscle tone. I've been working out 5 times a week for several months. Down 23 pounds, feeling great. Still hate doing it, though.

I love it when the spouses get involved. It really makes the difference.

I also loved that Chris reminded Jarvez that 190 lbs in 6 months is extraordinary.

The timing of this show is all over the map, I am pretty sure Chris spends a couple of weeks with them and then has another trainer with them. Think about it: 3 months should only yeild 4 makovers a year.

In additon, Super Bowl XLV took place February 6, 2011, about 18 months ago and FTR it had to actually take place during phase 3 since his mother's birthday (when he visited her grave) was February 13.

One of the contestants that complained about the show and that they were encouraged to purge etc... said that there is an entire crew and that Chris's wife Heidi actually did most of his training. Chris also asks for daily email reports of workouts and food and he knows when contestants fall off the wagon because the communication falls off or just stops.
