    Coal - SpikeTV

    Anybody watching? I find it very interesting...partly because my dad was a coal miner for over 25 yrs. I like seeing what he did for a living.

    I'm watching. I would be terrified to be underground in a mine and in the dark, so I admire anyone who has the guts to do this for a living!

    It's fascinating to see how the mine operates, what machinery they use, and the various jobs inside the mine.

    Yep, my dad lost a finger using one of those machines. Very dangerous work.
