I like what Dr. Ian Smith of Celebrity Fit club says as far as weight loss in females. When you are 50% body fat you can lose 5lbs a week (If you are a female). Also the taller a female is the more she will lose fat more like a man. I also know that if you stick to the diet the weight will come off, with diet and exercise is comes off faster. Exercise alone you do not lose much especially if you do not modify your diet. That is why I knew when some of the ladies were lying. Stacy, Shay and Nikki.
I am glad thought that this show did address underlying issues to why people gain weight and I do think a support group or in this case group therapy is important.
