I think the a-hole is the italian stock broker. sorry, don't know names, but at the elimination at the beginning, it was down to the unemployed guy and [i think] a woman. and right before ramsay says who's going home, the unemployed guy starts talking smack. mannnn....ramsay should have let him go right then and there. BUT...he has more "personality" than the woman, so i suspect that's why she went home.

Well if he came from Glencoe he is not Ghetto! He is the exact opposite. I don't even think they have low income housing! I used to live less then 10 miles from there and am still within an hour.

No, the chefs know. They were laughing about it at her audition. What puzzles me is how you can be a stay-at-home single mom. They specifically identify her as a SAHM, not "unemployed". Dunno how you can afford to do that and have a cooking hobby. Maybe she never saw a duck breast before but she obviously has time & resources to make dishes that go beyond the basics.
