I would buy Christine's cookbook even if all I could find is the 3 things she made in the finale....that pork belly looked incredible....And I want the salad also. Altho I don't think mine would look so beautiful.

I would love to hear that someone helped Monte get a food truck up an running. I really like her.

Eh, I'm not convinced Monti really wanted a food truck. I think what she was angling for was exposure for a career in show business. I don't wish her ill, although I didn't like her - but I don't think her cooking aspirations were genuine.

She was overly dramatic, and not very good at it.I doubt we will see her again( fingers crossed)
