"Episode 105" - Follow the incredible journeys of Karen, a 44-year-old ER nurse from Wilson, AR, who will see her fiancÈ for the first time after six weeks when she walks down the aisle on their wedding day, and Sandra, a recently widowed 53-year-old assistant manager from Mesa, AZ, who spent the last thirty years taking care of her disabled husband -- and who is now looking to enter the dating world again -- from their "before" phases, as they undergo various procedures, to when the "after" results are revealed for the first time to their family and friends.

We will also follow up with Melissa and David from the second episode for an update on the tremendous changes that have occurred in their lives since the show, including Melissa's quitting her job and starting her own business, and David and his wife spending more time together out in public, on "Extreme Makeover," WEDNESDAY, MAY 14 (10:00-11:00 p.m. ET), on the ABC Television Network.

Karen and Sandra were given a truly Cinderella-like experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including a plastic surgeon, an eye surgeon and a cosmetic dentist, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. Karen's procedures included a brow lift, upper and lower eye lifts, a nose job, liposuction to her neck, breast implants, Lasik surgery and teeth whitened and straightened.
