Yeah I think this premise is ENTIRELY different from Hell's Kitchen. So I don't think the problem is that it's already been done well by Ramsey, but that it's trying too hard, like numerous other Bravo shows (Launch My Line, The Fashion Show).
I find this show more along the lines of Ramsey's F Word show on BBC. He is in the kitchen with various chefs. He shows them how to do a dish, them lets them do there version. There are other vignettes on the show also, showing his life and travels to other restuarants.
By the way the F in F word is for food.:lol

Yeah I've heard of that show (although I didn't put the F connection in!).
The more I think about what happened at that dinner the more disgusted I am. How embarrassing for Tracy's son! How innapropriate! Just Emmanuel being naked was ridiculous, but for her to behave that way as well was actually mindblowing.

Eww, that Emanuel thing was gross!
Also, what if this guy had been trying to start a new life, with a decent job, instead of porn star?
I recently got the last season of CSI on dvd and saw that he had a role in one of the episodes. The skydiving episode.

Re: Chef Academy (Bravo) - Premieres Nov. 16th
OK, I am a bit confused. At 10pm the fishing trip was on and then at 11pm the next episode involving meat was on. Bravo doubled up the shows? Will there be 2 episodes on next week?
I just checked out TVGuide.com and that is exactly what Bravo did. Also the last 2 episodes will be shown next week at 10pm and 11pm.
Thank you Bravo for not telling the viewing audience, that is not the way to ensure fan loyalty.
Re: Chef Academy (Bravo) - Premieres Nov. 16th
I was totally surprised that there were 2 epis back-to-back as well. I almost turned the tv off. Was the show on last week? I can't remember.

I need to eat this food! It looks like the best food on television!
Re: Chef Academy (Bravo) - Premieres Nov. 16th
I was surprised too that a second episode followed. Too late for me. It does repeat on Thursday at 10 am (at least in my area).
The seafood episode was for drama and nothing else.
Suzanne didn't get enough attention with her sea sick ploy, so she had to invent an long-delayed allergy. Did you notice the doctor's only remedy was "something to calm you down".
Sarah got the attention she seeks (every week it's something else) by claiming an irrational fear of big bodies of water. Fortunately, she recovered QUICKLY.
Wish Suzanne had been as kind.
