Meanwhile, Chad puts his reputation on the line by listing a million-dollar home for a spa owner, and Madison eagerly takes on the Malibu estate of a flirtatious sex advice author.

Anyone watching this show? New season started last night. Recession hits the pricey CA market.

I watched it last night. Doesn't look like much has changed. Madison is still a pretty boy, Josh is still obnoxious, and Chad is still obsessed with his god-awful hair(cut)...

Is it always going to be on at 11:00 PM? I hope not

I think I saw a preview commercial with Jose Eber in it? Are they selling / listing his house?
I got a cut/color, etc at his salon after a charity auction I was at. The price was, of course, outrageous, and all he did was stand around and direct the hair stylist/colorist/blow dry person, etc. What i remember most was that he is really short - like probably under 5 feet - and the long hair is attached on to the hat he's never without.

No, Josh went there for his new 'do. He talked about how he and José have been friends (and he's been a client of José's) for years, how he's sold José's house before blah blah blah. José made an appearance, said hello to Josh, and left.

Actually, José didn't cut Josh's hair...one of his minions did...
