"Episode 104" - Follow the journeys of Amy, a painfully shy 29-year-old cake decorator from Lafayette, IN, looking for the courage to open her life to new horizons, and John, a 56-year-old florist from Olathe, KS, who would like to stop being mistaken for his two year old child's grandfather, from their "before" phases, as they undergo various procedures, to when the "after" results are revealed for the first time to their family and friends. We will also follow up with Kine and Tammy from the first episode in the new series for an update on the tremendous changes that have occurred in their lives since the show, on "Extreme Makeover," WEDNESDAY, MAY 7 (10:05-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.
Amy and John were given a truly Cinderella-like experience, as they were able to change their looks in an effort to transform their lives and destinies and to make their dreams come true. This was all accomplished through the skills of an "Extreme Team," including a plastic surgeon, an eye surgeon and a cosmetic dentist, along with a talented team of hair and makeup artists, stylists and personal trainers. The "Extreme Team" changes every week, and this week introduces new experts and professionals who are the top of their respective fields. Amy's procedures included a nose job, lower eye lift, breast implants, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers.

* Celebrity makeup artist Kerry Malouf, who has worked with such celebrities as Minnie Driver, Salma Hayek, Benicio Del Toro, Dylan McDermott, Will Smith and Ray Liotta
* Fashion stylist Eddie Schachnow, who has served as stylist for such celebrities as Denzel Washington, Julia Roberts, Tom Hanks, John Ritter and Mathew Perry
John's procedures included a facelift, upper and lower eye lift, fat injection to the cheeks, neck lift, ears pinned, teeth whitened and porcelain veneers.
