I've never watched this show before tonight and my brother called so I only got to watch a small part of it. I'm sure it's part of it but the buzzer and the booing was rather mean. I wasn't a fan of that no matter how bad the person performed.

I'm glad that the tear-jerker story had some talent behind it ... loved the harmony between the siblings.

I won't be watching this year, Pierce grosses me out so much that I just won't watch anything with him in it. I watched the year Terry won and I tried to watch the following year but I just really don't agree with many of the decisions the judges and the voters make. So much good talent gets booted, don't feel like going through that again and besides my Reality TV show schedule is jammed packed this summer!

I'll be checking out the posts though so I can see if I want to find a clip of any particular act that you guys say is really good.

I enjoyed myself watching the first night. I was not able to see the second night. Any highlights? Anyone?

Well, Famita, we had a big bouncer with no shoes dancing and singing, triplets playing violins, a 6 foot dominatrix yodelling, a big African girl called Nubian Beauty. maybe this will be one of the hours shown again next Tuesday and Wednesday. Both nights show that the second shows from 9pm-10pm are new.
Aha, it is repeated on Tuesday before the new show.

Tuesday June 30th 8pm (First Aired: June 24, 2009)
Wednesday July 1st 8pm (First Aired: June 30, 2009)

Ah, my favorite "guilty pleasure" is back! Woohoo! Gotta admit that the guy with a guitar who sang his own original song (about the Hoff) is pretty good. They're pushing the sob stories at bit too much, but I still find it all incredibly entertaining.

Ok, I have to ask, why are there two British judges for a show called, "America's Got Talent"? Could they not find and D list American "celebrity" judges?
I've never watched the show until this one last week and that was out of boredom.

I thought the little boy who did the footloose style dancing was soooo cute! It was sweet that his mom and sis were waiting and watching backstage with Nick and they looked so proud
