Everyone loves talking crap about Hailey Glassman. That’s just what old friends are supposed to do once anyone starts getting even the least bit famous, otherwise they were never real friends at all.

Now let’s get this hatefest started.

A high school chum turned informant tells E! News his memories of Jon Gosselin's stoner sweetheart when she was a wild Marvelwood School senior. He reveals all kinds of crazy stuff like, get this, she played lacrosse and soccer in high school.

Just kidding. That’s not scandalous. But prom night was!

"At the prom, she kind of ended up in everybody’s rooms," he says. Ahhh! And that’s not it—she apparently knew just how to turn a boring field trip into superfun.

"I remember on a school trip once, she got completely wasted," Mr. McSource said. That’s Hailey, bringing the party everywhere she goes. Some people desperately trying to recapture their youth after being married to an emasculating nag for 10 years might actually appreciate that skill.

"She was a wannabe, kind of ditsy in her own way," the classmate goes on. "She just did what she could to fit in. She would just say the most absurd things at the worst possible times."

Full disclosure: Mr. McSource did some modeling back in high school and Hailey had a crush on him; he did not like her back. Ah, high school, so tragic.

Elsewhere on the Internet, another friendly source talks about Hailey: The College Years.

"Over winter break the first year she lost 20 pounds. When girls on the floor asked for her secret she said two words...'coke diet!'" this friend tells The Superficial. Also, Hailey was a gracious hostess during her sophomore Acapulco spring break trip.

"She spent all week hosting several football players in her room. The room was definitely not the only thing she provided (I heard about definite tag-team action)."

And finally, Jon has secured the purchase of a two-bedroom bachelor pad on Manhattan's Upper West Side, so get ready to party New York City!

Well, that didn't take long!

Just before leaving for France with new girlfriend, 22-year-old party animal Hailey Glassman, Jon Gosselin settled into a new bachelor pad on Manhattan's Upper West Side.

On July 2, some unidentified people moved him in, though a source tells PEOPLE that he has only stayed one night in his new digs. (And yes, the source believes he spent it alone!)

The non-penthouse apartment may not be big enough to fit his brood of eight, but the two-bedroom spread is plenty spacious for one man, and, say, his new gal pal – though the source hasn't seen anyone matching Hailey's description near the building.

The Alexandria is a "luxury" building, complete with a 24-hour doorman and concierge, according to a resident. It has a small gym, a pool, hot tub – and a small playroom. The building also takes security seriously: Residents have have to scan their index finger to get into the gym area.

And while Gosselin may be getting skewered for moving on so quickly, the first source claims that Gosselin actually seems like a good guy, telling PEOPLE, "He was very friendly."

I agree that J&K are kind of white-trashy - which is a phrase I don't like using at all because it is unfair to those who are born into a certain environment and just don't know any better, but "if the shoe fits" I guess.

Jon's taste in women has been bad from day 1, e.g. Kate. I do agree with him that he never got to be the young person he wanted to be and now he is making up for it. I also think he is getting something from these women he never got with Kate, e.g. physical affection and positive attention.

However, it isn't smart of him to galavant around town with the girl but only because, as someone state above, his kids will see these pictures and be enything but proud. He seems to be giving the world the proverbial finger by his latest dalliance, but then again, he never wanted to be in the media anyway, so why beat around the bush with it???

Regarding money.....the French Riviera trip was spent on her famiy's boat I believe and therefore, the trip couldn't have been that expensive. Also, it was Kate who chose the 1.5 million estate they now own, and it is she who goes to spas and hairdressers and finger-nail doers and who buys shoes and clothes that cost a bundle, etc.

Adding it all up, I'd say Kate spends far more than Jon on a daily basis.

I don't know Hailey Glassman any more than I know Jon or Kate, but she doesn't seem like a great choice on his part.
I prepare to stand corrected if they do get married and she turns out to be one hell of a stepmother. I won't be holding my breath.
I get the feeling Jon is going out of the frying pan...

Can you imagine being the lawyers handling this divorce? Both would lead anyone to drink, seriously. These two (J&K) are their own worst enemies!

If this engagement is in fact true, I hope for the sake of the kids that Jon has a pre-nup. X amount of his income HAS to go to his kids first and foremost. Anything left over can then be split with Hailey if and when they divorce.

Anyone else wondering if she is preggers? Maybe she is and Kate found out about it that weekend right before she filed for divorce. What was that, like only a month ago? Anything could be true with these people.

I have read that Hailey just graduated from college but also that she dropped out of college. So what does she do for a living?

Any new news on whether Steve is back with his wife and left Kate at the curb? Or are they still in touch?

I was listening to local radio new stalk show today with Ron Owens...the guest was Carrie Fischer and they were discussing celebrities. Carrie Fischer mentioned Jon and Kate and said she never even heard of them before they were on every tabloid for 6 weeks straight....Ron Owens then says...."Kate is known for having 8 kids and being a b*tch" and "Jon always looks stoned"....

Honestly....I am so over these two...at first I was glad that they were finally exposed for the cons they are and not the holier than thou "Christian couple" struggling to raise 8 kids the best they can on Jon's salary as an "IT" worker.....and Kate pretending to do everything on her own...but I am sick of them, sick of hearing about them....I hope their show is cancelled and I never hear about them again....yes...I feel for the kids...but oh well...life goes on...kids are resilient...

So Hailey went to Marvelwood huh? The school is about 30 minutes from my house and not exactly known as a typical prep school. The students are from extremely wealthy families and have had trouble succeeding in other learning environments. As a result, the school tends to attract the hard-partiers, that have usually been kicked out of other prep schools. She sounds like a keeper

Yikes. Two emotionally half-empy people hooking up for only that reason is doomed to failure. I'm feeling a bit bad for Jon these days. He seems like a lost pup in all this. Dollar-for-dollar, Kate will come out smelling like roses even though it was her meanness and love affair with fame and money (and possibly her body guard) that did them in.

I suppose it always takes 2 to tango and Jon's backseat behavior didn't help, but dayum that woman is a nasty, and now Jon is adrift at sea.

I don't know if this is true, but I will say the site has a lot of members who live in the same area as the Gosselins and report back if they've seen them about town. Steve hasn't been seen with Kate for a while apparently.
They could just be keeping him out of the public eye while the divorce goes through, but people seem to think he is no longer working for Kate.

New shows will start in a couple of weeks, or are currently scheduled too.
I guess the ratings from these shows will help determine whether there are any more shows after this season is over.
