Cali, They spent less than a minute showing surgery for each woman. It was pretty tame compared to some I have seen. You could just turn your head away when you see a team of folks in blue scrubs. Give the show a look next week. It is so wonderful to see these people light up after their makeovers.

well done on the recap, feif!!
this show really is entertaining... and though it seems as though it would be pretty pathetic, it's very well done and doesn't make the women and men involved look vain or selfish for wanting the work done. in fact, so far they have done a great job of getting really deserving candidates who you end up really happy for in the end.

I heard both Kine and Tammy secretly requested a floop from their hair stylists off-camera but there was a patent right issue involved with that.

    GREAT JOB, Feifer!!!

    great recap!

Why don't you guys think they wouldn't take an obese person. That would be really extreme.

The changes were fantastic. Kine looks SO much better! And Tammy looks like she's 25 years old! Now they have to work on her husband! haha!

    More like tens-of-thousands of dollars...

And anyway, if you get cosmetic surgery, most people who know you are going to realize you had something done anyway, so I don't think it's a big deal to go on TV with it. I mean, you don't know the people who are watching, so who cares if they agree or not! JMO.

I wish I had seen this. I forgot it was on. I did see the very first one though, & I loved it. I just love to see people feel good about themselves & get that confidence boost!
