Logo has renewed its flagship series, RuPaul’s Drag Race, for a fifth season. Auditions are already under way for a premiere in early 2013. The current season of the reality series posted the most watched series premiere in Logo’s history with nearly one million viewers. “I live for drag and to witness the excitement surrounding the success of our show, takes my breath away!,” RuPaul said. RuPaul’s Drag Race is produced by World of Wonder Prods., with Fenton Bailey, Randy Barbato, Tom Campbell and RuPaul Charles executive producing.

I assume this is different from the "all-stars" season that they announced on Facebook...maybe All-Stars will air this fall in place of another season of Drag U?

welll....hmmm.... final 3 is Chad Michaels, Sharon Needles, and omg, Phi Phi.

Sorry to see Latrice go, but I guess she didn't have the runway presence Ru (and Santino!) wanted. But what a gentle, lovely soul.

On the other hand, if Phi Phi wins, what does that say? A vicious, vindictive BITCH is the best they could do? I just get this horrible crawly feeling whenever it's on stage.

I would love for Chad to win, but I don't think Ru believes her to be "edgy" enough (whatever the hell that means). I think she's gorgeous, elegant and classy. Phi Phi take notes please.

Sharon is fun, but too one-note. But she'll probably win, Ru seems to love her. Not sure the Absolut guy does though! And they're huge sponsors! LOL

You are correct. I've read that All-Stars will be a shorter season airing this fall and then season 5 will be a regular season starting in January, as per usual. I can't wait for All-Stars! :D

This is the second week where I've found the new episode leaked online a day early.

Not much to spoil since it was just the recap episode, but it was still a good episode. If you happen to catch a leak of the finale, though, PLEASE SPOIL IT! :D

I'm pulling for Chad for the win, too, Sharom second, and Phi Phi third.

I'll miss Latrice. I was hoping she could make it to F3, at LEAST, but, oh well.

Girlfriend still ain't gonna be hurtin', though.

I'm rooting for Sharon, but I will settle for "anyone but Phi Phi". She has issues.

I'm hoping for Chad, then Sharon, obviously NOT Phi Phi! :whistle

Ru deserves a big stage-slap for pulling that stunt at the end of the show! NOT COOL.

On the bright side, could it be that she is actually taking the viewers' opinions into account this time? (This probably means she was ready to crown Phi Phi but she knew she wouldn't have lived long if she did. :lol

I'm still pulling for Sharon, I'd be just as happy with Chad. I think the stuff that Michelle and Santino were saying during deliberations was BS. Phi Phi is NOT the new generation of drag, that would be Sharon. Phi Phi acts like a showgirl, dresses like a showgirl, and she lip-sync'd like a showgirl tonight just to prove it. When she choked at things like the political debate, she showed once and for all that she is a not a superstar -- she is a chorus boy in a dress.

And who says the winner of a season has to be the FUTURE of drag anyway? It's only a 1-year reign, so what would be wrong with giving it to an old pro like Chad? They need to get things in a better perspective as they are eliminating queens each week.

Well, one more week of wondering. I was ready to let go of this show tonight, what with DWTS and baseball starting up again. Too much stuff on TV! :lol
