I know! It seems like it would be far too easy to spot a runner with all of the people around them filming them. I didn't understand how during the evening they could not be seen but it's a game show and I'm sure there are rules to when and where a hunter can be to chase the runners.
Of course the hunters have their own camera people following them so maybe it balances out?
I doubt there is anything special about the glasses the hunters wear other then the fact they have small cameras attached. The target acquired and stuff like that is all added in post-production.
I think it is real funny when people try hidding behind things and the camera is obviously right there. What do the "runners" think that the hunter is just going to think the camera man is filming nothing. The fact that the hunters have camera following them doesn't balance things out because the hunters don't really have to hide, it helps if they can sneak up on people but they don't really need to.
