DH & I watch it. I think Denise is just so pretty. Beautiful hair, beautiful eyes. I love her Dad. That lady that was flirting with him in the casino... The driver for the hotel was an idiot......."did you know they have a Charlie Sheen suite here".........

I am glad it is just 30 minutes. That is plenty for me.

I thought Irv was so cute tonight with his date. I also thought it showed what type of person Irv is when Denise said that if she and her sister told him that they didn't want him to date that he wouldn't.

Anyone else think Denise & especially her sister overreacted to their dad bringing a date to the Valentine's dinner? I completely understand that it would take some getting used to, but the sister acted as if Leyla (sp?) were "the other woman", rather than the first woman their dad showed an interest in since their mom died.

I thought he was very sweet & when he said his hands were shaking when he wrote down his phone number, I choked up.

I don't think they overreacted. They were visibly upset, and I got the feeling they were surprised at how it hit them. Neither was rude or acted out towards Laile.

I can sympathize that --bam--your dad, who was married to your mom 30+ years--has in a sense moved on.

I think they had good intentions to give it a try but the reality and idea of something don't always match up. I think it was more of a shock to their system to see their dad with another woman than they expected and the sister was definitely more upset than Denise. I'm sure over time it will get a little easier but that initial first time was harder than they thought it would be. We haven't seen her or heard her talked about in the latest episodes so I wonder if he's still seeing her.

This last episode with the underwater shoot for Kim's make-up line seemed totally staged to me. There's no way Kim wasn't trying for a "Wild Things" redoux, especially when she told Denise she needed a brunette for the shoot as well. And who does an underwater photo with non-waterproof make-up? That wouldn't be very good promotion to have runny eyes and if you photoshop it out then that's false advertising.

And Kim's innocent act of saying she didn't expect Denise to offer to help after looking through her book - puhleeze! I know reality shows are scripted to some extent but this one was way obvious.
