| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Hi everyone. I'm new here but I've been reading every word and loving it. I just can't keep my mouth shut anymore. First, about RaMOANa. I thought it was funny that she makes this big scene at the dinner party and at the end of the show she makes the excuse that she's just a strong, independent woman. Someone should tell her that being strong and independent doesn't mean being a loud mouth, slutty, show-off, bi***. There is a difference. One has nothing to do with the other. I would have asked her to leave if she were at my house and pulled a stunt like that. Another thing that has me choking.....I'm sick and tired of hearing Bethany and RaMOANa gripe on and on about their parents and childhood. GROW UP already!!! It's just so unattractive after a certain age to keep complaining about such things. It's over, get on with it. OK, I think I'm done for awhile. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Wow, I just read that poor Jason got fired from his $55 mil a year job at some broker firm for appearing on this show. Apparently the agency was embarrassed to have their CEO appear on such a cheesy show, lol, so they terminated him. Of course he is going to sue. I wonder how Bethenny feels having dragged him into this mess? |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City When thinking about how Francois can sing "twinkle....TLS" in Latin, I think..... oh, so what? Can he conjugate the verb "to be" in Latin? No? So then Francois knows as much Latin as any other child. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Fenian, thanks for clearing up my confused and misguided concern! Silly me to think that a plan is not already in action... NO! The Oh! Pair! was a rent an extra? LOL, LOL. I knew something was not right at all there. I don't know why all the fuss about Alex (man's name...? ) and her locks. Those are tresses any bulemic/anorexic would be proud of.I am being lazy, I found some great snark. This is like shooting fish (catfish and tripe) in a barrell. My favorite part of the article sums it up here: But it is not just the dollar signs that make this series so dull. It's also that a lot of the time these women look as if they're playing roles copied from more glamorous New York shows. When they get out of a car, they stop and twirl. When they gather at the pool for a party that looks as spontaneous as a double kidney transplant, they somehow manage to turn the talk to pole dancing. Then the teeny-bikini babes somehow manage to start a catfight. Splash! Someone's thrown into the water. It's "Middle-Aged Housewives Gone Girls Gone Wild." And this is that teeming fulcrum of creativity, Gotham? "You don't come to New York for what they came to New York for," said Jesse Kornbluth, a chronicler of the social scene and editor of HeadButler.com. "You can do what they do in Atlanta." And what is that? "Social climb," he said. "All of those women screamed ' suburb .'" Meow! Spoken like a true New Yorker. Too bad he's not a housewife. Real Housewives of New York? Ha! by Lenore Skenazy on Creators.com - A Syndicate Of Talent

JoJoWell said, I know how you grow up affects you for the rest of your life, that is why we are all so worried about Alex's poor children, but when you get to a certain age, you need to see the real world and move on. Ramona and Bethenny...pull up your big girl panties and move on................. I also wonder how REAL housewives in NY feel, these women don't clean, do laundry, cook, care for their children or anything else, in fact, they give the word "housewives" a bad rap! | |
