There is no way that horse-faced woman looks even, remotely, like Nicole Kidman.

And then they showed her with them out and ready to walk out the door....only problem, the rollers did nothing! Her hair looked just as stringy and brassy as it did prior to rolling it.
There IS no french au pair. That one was a special guest temp they hired to try to impress us. The word around Brooklyn is that in "real life", Alex and Slime-on have a big lazy Carribbean nanny (I am not implying that all Carribbean nannies are lazy; apparently theirs is a slob though).

Hey another thing that I think really rubs all of us the wrong way about Slime-on: He doesn't smile. Has he ever smiled? I mean, a nice big genuine smile? I mean, even Alex seems genuine at some points. But he doesn't. He really seems a bit sociopathic (ya think?).

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

My favorite sleezy Simon moment was in the little boutique when he cocked his freckled head and asked Alex (who was coyly spinning in the animal print number), "Do you mind if I bought that one, too????"

He smiled once on that docked boat when Alex and Simon took Bethenny aside to "counsel" her and Simon thought he was so clever to call her a Ferrari.

There's something about his forehead that looks sort of... Cro-Magnon.

Question: What will Jane Fonda ask Alex next year at the opera?
Answer: Why the long face?

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

Well tonight is the last episode but surely not the end of the snarking. Did anyone notice all the clothes Alex wears on the show are all the ones she bought in St. Barts? I get the feeling that the two of them saw this show as their gateway into NY society. "Let's see we'll need a french aupair,a tuxedo with a gold cumberbund, animal print dresses for you my love(he he) tickets for the Met,off season holiday in St.Barts, rent boat for birthday, comp rooms at the Chandler for rented friends, America will love us! Hard to say where this will lead."
