| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I do agree with you on that one, although I think there was probably more to it than they showed us. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I had to check out the MySpace sites for these girls. It was just what I figured, they are meant for the show and of course putting their business websites up. Anyways, I got a kick out Bethenny's, it says she is undecided whether she wants kids or not. Ok, if she is undecided then why are they wasting so much air time on that point? |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Well the *little* inside word I have on them is that Jill really is so friendly and nice and just great. But really, the whole cooking party thing - Jill said in the first episode that her and Ramona were "tennis friends" but didn't hang out socially or do lunch together. So then why was she so pi$$ed that she didn't get invited to the cooking party - even before she found out the Countess had been invited, she was still all fired up. She said, "I would have invited Ramona!" Well wait….I thought they weren't really friends who got together. . And then, this whole, "well luann only went b/c she thought I would be there…" Um hello?! Don't these women have cell phones? Text messaging - really ladies…a simple, "R u going to Ramonas? LMK…" You know they would have called each other to discuss, "omg she's so annoying, do we like have to go? Let's just go and get drunk, bethenny style. What are you going to wear?" Sooo unrealistic that Luann would have just gone w/o consulting Jill or confirming that Jill was coming. Ok, when Ramona was talking about how her daughter and Avery's friends dance, keeping their upper bodies straight or something, then Ramona was kind of enough to "demonstrate" how Ramona likes to dance…..all I could think of was Shelly Long doing "the Freddy" for the old people in Troop Beverly Hills. |

Oh, and at the pathetic boat surprise party - YES to whoever said Alex & Simon didn't escort Bethenny into another room to inquire about her well being. Bethenny was drunk and they wanted to get her away. Plus, knowing Bethenny (since we are myspace friends and all), she was probably making fun of the lovely duo and cracking witty insults about them to all of their "friends" and they wanted to get her away from them. I LOVE LOVE LOVE that Bethenny told Alex to her FACE basically, I think you suck, I would never hang out with you if we weren't on this show, but hey I'm drunk and don't have much else going on, so for the sake of my own amusement, I'll just go with it and have fun making fun of you!! | |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City There was more to Jill walking out of the Luca show. The editing didn't show everything and Jill looked genuinely upset. She was burned, but didn't discuss it or that part was editing out. She did mention that she bought a suit for the event which shows that she was intending to sit in the first row. The viewers are not getting the whole story, just the build-up of the conflict between Jill and Ramona.

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City My speculation is that Jill bought a Luca Luca suit right before fashion week with the implied (or expressed) invitation to wear it to the show. She assumed that they would place her in the front row for that, but they didn't. All the more offensive when two borrowed outfits were seated in front of her. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I believe Bethenny said in her blog that there WILL be a season two and it will revolce around the publication of her latest cookbook. She said that "a publishing" had never been done on TV before. She made it sound like the whole season would revolve around the printing of this book. I am sure she meant that it would be the plot for her portion but that is not how she put it. Maybe in season two we will see Mario's mistress and get a glimpse of at least one of the Count's other families. And Bobby will show emotion. Alex and Simon will be the same. And Alex will still need a haircut and be wearing the same animal print/denim outfit. I am hoping we get to see their big arrival at the Opera soon. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Alex could use some extensions in her hair to give it some weight and richness. I swear she looks like she used to be a man!
