Well, I've seen Kelly from Kellytime saying that she was looking forward to filming starting in two weeks; this was a few days ago. That actually seems more reasonable because it seems that Bravo needs a few months to edit the footage and work the promos.

Oh, thanks, I appreciate it, but, um, I'm not a girl but a guy. But thank you.

She's got her condo on the market for $3.2M. Click on the link above to see the floorplans, some pics, and also why she says she is putting it on the market.

Note in some of the comments, someone says that Zarin Fabrics is also up for rent. Hmmm....
Can you imagine Jeana Keough existing in a place that small? (Comparitively speaking, of course.)

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

I'm just wondering since I looked at the ad for the store. It is a tall building...could it be possible that they are selling some of it or renting it out? Not trying to stir up a disagreement.....just wondering if that is possible or am I way out in left field?

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

I'm thinking the same thing.....the ad said 3000 sq ft. From the few times we have seen the store/shop whatever, it looks to be quite big and different departments could be on different floors too. So maybe they are just trying to rent out part of that space in the building. Who knows! I was just surprised that it was going for $80/sq. ft. That seems cheap to me!

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

I'm pretty sure the store is on the Lower East Side. The condo is on the Upper East Side. Location, location, location. Probably why it's $80 square foot.

The apartment on the upper East Side is 2,000 square foot. Amazing how much a dsquare foot goes for in the desirable locations in Manhattan.

The apartment is def on UES. It is right by the 59th Street Bridge. LES is actually not even close to the UES - there are many neighborhoods in between. To give you an idea of the distance, Her apt is on 60th Street and LES starts south of 1st St, below Houston St. It is actually closer to where the Twin Towers were as opposed to the UES where Jill lives.

And just like in most neighborhoods in the city - UES has different price points, myself and many of my friends live here - and we are not the Zarin's. And don't forget that whatever price point you can afford - everything in the city is crazy compared to the rest of America. The $3.2 price is not all that crazy for her apt in that type of building.

Hope that is as clear as mud.

Thanks, Agloves, for providing the lengthier explanation. I posted quickly the other night.
Having grown up back there, I actually remember when LES was not at all nice. UES was always nice, though.

Keough may well be existing with no houses at all - unless of course she gets that new financing she's talking about. So much for smoke and mirrors.
