| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I don't know about entertaining... controversial, yes. I wouldn't miss her at all if she leaves the show. Jill was on a recent episode of Kathy Griffin's: My Life on the D-List. Kathy and Paris are at Kitson's shopping, when Jill sees them and hogs the camera for her 5 minutes. "Paris, I met your mom at OSCAR DE LA RENTA!" "Kathy, I've seen you live and you're hilarious!" Kathy even said in her personal interview that she wanted Jill gone. How embarrassing. ![]() |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Jill (and Bethany) are going to do themselves in if they don't watch the camera hogging. I know my opinion of each has gone steadily downhill with some of their all-about-me behavior. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Just came upon another site that is reporting the Count is trying to get back with the Countess. The article stated that the Count was broke, rented a place and brought the Princess and her kids together with his kids. The Princess did not behave well and he kicked everyone out and is now trying to get back with Luanne.

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Bully for him. I hope she takes him for every penny he has and leaves him by the side of his great-great-granddaddy's slave-built canal to sob quietly that women aren't interchangeable beings without real brains, and that breaking up with your wife via e-mail is an act that even a sewer rat would find beneath itself. To realize that there's a limit even to his title trip and that LuAnn for alls she's an ettiket maven is also a furious woman from the suburbs of Connecticut. With a grudge. And an attorney. And the power of publicity. Nobody in his family really likes him; he's even more distant than LaContessa from her great heights; at least you can look up and see her in the clouds; he's just a cypher, a nebulous cloud which says little and merely dispenses l'argent and la noblesse, silently, unconcernedly, before blowing over to Africa to renact GGGdaddy's colonial fantasies of dusky divas. |

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City So how do you feel about him, AngloAm?? ![]() I agree, and now the site I saw that information is reporting that he is denying that he's trying to get back together. Whatever. Either way, I can't see him in demand, because anyone who googles him will find out how he leaves relationships by email.

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Check this out: Reality series recruiting more NYC "Housewives" - Yahoo! News LOS ANGELES (Hollywood Reporter) – Bravo's "The Real Housewives of New York City" has been picked up for a third season but might feature a new group of Manhattan socialites. Announcing that the reality series will return in 2010, Bravo said it is "casting for additional housewives" amid reports about a salary dispute between the cable network and the six cast members: Alex McCord, Bethenny Frankel, Jill Zarin, Kelly Killoren Bensimon, LuAnn de Lesseps and Ramona Singer. A source said negotiations between the stars and Bravo are ongoing. Production on the third season of the show is slated to begin in the fall. The second season of "NYC," which chronicles the lives of a group of ambitious women as they juggle careers, motherhood and social calendars, was up double digits in the ratings. It averaged 1.44 million adults 18-49 and 1.95 million total viewers, with both the season finale and reunion special drawing more than 2 million viewers. Although that's in line with the performance of the original series in the "Real Housewives" franchise, the Orange County version, it is well below the 3.5 million viewers that the New Jersey edition recently drew for its season finale. A second-season renewal for that series is pending. ----------------- It seems like the NY wives are doing what the OC wives did regarding asking for more money. Funny, how the NJ wives' finale blew both OC and NY finales out of the water! |
