Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

I missed the price of the earrings by letting the dogs out! Did Sleazeman tell her what they cost or was it on the screen? If I am getting $2000 worth of gold earrings they better be pretty darn outstanding....those looked prety plain to me. I will have to rewatch and stop it on the box.
I think Alex talked about his birthday in her blog. Said the kids planned it and they went to see Horton hears a who.......i guess he just had to find a way to top that so he rents a boat but oly invite people for drinks and then kicks them off and only has to pay for two dinners. We don't even know if theirs was the only event on that boat at the time.......

I think he maxed out his card paying Bethenny's bar tab and couldn't ask anyone to stay for dinner.

In my opinion Betheny is bi-polar and another Britney Spears in the making, with a potential for alcoholism.

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

Bethenny is definitely not a house brand drinker! You are probably right and she probably took the glass with her - to go - when she left.

I almost forgot....unless i missed it with my dogs going in and out.....thankfully we did not see Ramona shake her moneymaker at the school dance. I would hope that the school put their expensively shod foot down about camera crews filming those kids. Although I have to say I would have loved to see the parents reaction to Ramona hitting on their young boys!

Bullymom, I like the way you think!
I had forgotten about the dance. I was waiting for Ramona to shake her booty, darn spoiled again.

Next week's previews look good!
Of all the things that Ramona has done to Avery, telling her the importance of having her own money is the least of them. Perhaps making the example personal isn't the best way, but I was Avery's age when a teacher told my class that women should have careers since you never what is going to happen in a marriage. And certainly at Avery's age she has probably seen the fallout of divorces in which the wife was ill prepared to return to the work force.

Those earrings looked less attractive than several pairs I've gotten at the department store for $19.50. And Simon is way too creepy. I'd like to think that is just because of the facial hair but somehow I doubt it.

I would have paid to see that school dance. You know Ramona tried to "outcool" all the other moms by showing up in that outfit, wearing go-go boots no less.

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

These women astound me. Betheny is a lush plain and simple and she really needs to dump "The Gargoyle". He's a creepy little guy getting his leg over period, end of story. With all her "issues" do you think she could care for a child? Alex and Simon listening to Betheny's problems was so patronising and phony "we are so in love therefore we can be sooo generous with our love and will do whatever it takes to aid our connected friends who are in need"hoping that one day they'll remember how kind we were. Blech!!! Those two make me gag. Ferrari indeed!! Rico-suave/James Bond Perfect!

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

This episode was full of snarkalicious fun!

Simon/Alex: How tacky was it to hold a suprise b-day and throw the guests out after a couple of drinks. And when Alex entered the room for her "surprise" all the guests were just lounging around and acting so unenthused. The kissing was eewww. Creeped me out.

Jill and her dog: So over the top. Who lets a dog lick your nostril? And the dog bites her kid?

Bethanny: Funny scene when she is packing for Miami and Jill trys to get her to see reality. Maybe she was drunk then too. And her BFF telling her that her eggs are old. That is helpful! Bethanny inviting her buddy to come along to the party. Sheesh. These people are just rude and clueless.
