| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I don't know if Bobby snapped his fingers (I was zoning out), but I certainly noticed the way Aussie Girl pushed the check onto Bobby by saying "Do you want us to get that?" When Aussie should have insisted on buying dinner since they were all about using Jill for connections. Actually, he (Aussie Girl) should have given his credit card to the waiter in advance so there would be no check to "argue" over. Those people stink. Out loud. ![]()

You are SO right about that. If I wanted the Jill's help with her connections for my children I definitely would have paid that check. You would have had to wrestle me for it!!!! Maybe that explained the atmosphere when they left. There was some sort of tension in the air. I have to say that despite everything, if I had to spend the day with anyone I would pick JILL!!!

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Thanks because I heard it but I didn't see it and I just don't think Bobby would do that.

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Is this show for real? I initially thought it was boring and missed and still do the RHWOOC and didn't think that I'd watch. But I'm hooked. Nothing about these women is enviable! My opinion-2 are somewhat likable Jill and LuAnne. But with every episode I dislike them even more. Ramona is ignorant and proves that having money doesn't mean you "have class, or are elegant, or lady like" it's pretty sad when your daughter is more of a parent than you are. I hope that she isn't referring to herself when she states that everyone knows that women in NYC are some of the sleekest in the world. Alex-maybe after some of the higher levels of society see this show they will welcome her with open arms Yeah I can see that happening. I get embarrassed for these women and think that the reunion show is going to be hysterical-watching them defend their behavior!! Should be interesting! Maybe then I'd stand a chance that one or all of them would attend my next Holiday Gala. I'd love to see the look on my Uncle Joe's face when I introduce the Count and Countess Delesseps-he'd be sooooo impressed. Maybe just maybe then I would know I have made it in the "high class" New York society-the goal of my life long ambition!.....NOT |

I like the show too. I don't envy them either and I think Jill is the only one who had any prior knowledge of how this could go. The others did not watch the RWOOC or so they claim. I would NEVER sign up for something like this without knowing what I was getting into. I read on Ramona's blog that she felt very happy with the editing of the shows and in fact felt she came off as very intelligent. I don't doubt that she IS intelligent. She is a successful businesswoman. But did she really look and how she appears in any other regard?

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City if she were really intelligent she would not be on this type of show, where people all over the country are going to rip everything she does and says apart...this is a show about ego...they all consider themselves to be special and somehow better than the rest of us...i wonder what they think when they read this, and i really wonder which one is posting on this site undercover...probably a newbie that joined after the first of the year...every reality show has had a poster on this blog..either a cast member or family member...who might it be???? |

Alex showed how little class she has with that move. And Simon - don't think we didn't notice you sitting there quietly while the check discussion went on. Tacky, tacky, tacky.
