Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

Welcome Butlersolar! We have our very own Jill! Now we just need a dog to lick the insides of your nostrils!

If we are taking on houswive personas, I'm happy to be Alex. I could use a break from combing my hair for a few weeks. And dental care, too, what a bother.

And I could talk about the things that Simon and I L-o-O-v-E. Until I find a higher social circle, that is. Then I'll tell all of those fine people about the things that Simon and I just L-o-O-v-E! Did any of you know that I speak Spanish? Watch THIS:

Hola. Yo quiero Taco Bell. My Frace-waa can say that in 8 languages, and he can also sign it to a gorilla.

I guess I just need to start "connecting" everyone as that is what I 'love" to do. I have a small dog and I guess I'll have to let him lick my nose now. Darn I was doing such a good job of keeping him away from my face. Maybe the Countess and I can get the dog trainer to come over again.

Welcome Butlersolar!

Oh, I (the Countess) would LOVE to have you and the dog trainer over again. We'll have to schedule it around NoELLE's break-dancing lessons.
And do bring Ally, Victoria and NoELLE DO enjoy watching the dog go after her!

That should be a simple adjustment for them to make. Don't they think everyone wants to be like them in the first place???

Perhaps there was a pre-agreement that kids were off limits. I hope so.

Did anyone catch that Ramona strongly hinted that she was set up for Jill's Dinner Debacle? She kept talking about what 'they' were supposed to tell her or that 'they' told her it would be one way and perhaps she was 'prepped' to be 'on' for a Girls' Night Out. I dunno but it seemed that she made an odd statment about 'them' and wasn't shown explaining it. It was as if she'd communicated something to the show team and assumed that they'd tell Jill and they (deliberately) didn't, or something. If so, it might take the blame off her.

You know, I bet Alex is a nice person when she's not acting or under the influence of Svengali Simon. She certainly seems to get Bawling Bethenny to open up.

I still don't think that LuAnne should write a book on manners when she is the mistress of the subtlely obvious put-down. Look how she treated Ramona when Ramona tried to show an interest in horse racing - she belittled her questions and sneered at her dress. Quite openly. Part of manners is leaving some thoughts unexpressed, no matter how politely somebody is rude, it's still rude to be unkind.

The picture of little Francois asleep though is just really precious. Whoever took it has a real knack.

It may have been Alex's photographer who took the pics of her in the shower.

Ok, I am being a smart aleck (alex), sorry.

Can I be Rosanna? I don't want her job, but if I get to be her that means I'll get to be the smartest person on the show
