| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City During the reunion show, Slime-on lead us to believe that Alex's "pictures" were done professionally when he answered that the "photographer" did not have permission to release the photos. Oh well, "What's done, is done." Does this mean that they invited a real photographer to the hotel room to take those shower pictures? Or does it mean that it was Slime-on and his Canon Sure Shot that did the snapping and the HE put them on the net without telling Alex so it would NOT be a untruth? |

That said, how many times have I watched this Reunion? 5th time today, easily. This last time, I was kind of all about the body language. 1. In the beginning, all the ladies had their legs crossed, though LuAnn had the royalty thing going, the way Diana, Jackie, Grace Kelly, etc. crossed their legs. After the next commercial break, there was Alex imitating LuAnn ... although she did break down later and go back to crossing her legs whichever way. 2. I never totally caught in earlier runs how Ramona literally freaking could NOT LOOK AT ALEX in the eye. In fact, she actually seems to have a problem looking anyone in the eye. She so totally cannot slow down. There is something at work there. I know there are cameras and everything, but I just have never seen a Ramona that is much south of "An Eleven" on the scale. When Alex and Simon were talking midway through the Reunion, I was totally blown away by seeing that Ramona literally looked the other way on purpose, like they were showing PETA seal-clubbing photos or something. Yeah, I think "all show and no go" means that 4 housewives, even Bethenny, felt totally "had" by Alex and Simon. Who are, admittedly, creepy. I have no clue how they will make a 2nd season when none of the first 4 will have anything to do with Alex and Simon. There is no reason for them to do so. Even without money, they have proven themselves not only gauche and pretentious, but just not that interesting, or smart. True, they are like the cover of a book, but one you will regret bringing home once you get to about the 10th page. ![]()

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Alex and her husband are the most real people on this show- who cares if she posed nude and gets off on social climbing. She loves her husband and actually spends time with her kids--the other gold diggers don't give a damn about their kids. Ramona is obviously on speed to lose weight and that harelip of hers---bleech. This show was bad PR for NYC. |

They're also LIARS. They say repeatedly that François speaks French, yet he barely even speaks ENGLISH. THey talk about their two French au pairs, yet my very good friend who lives a block away from them knows their CARRIBBEAN nanny. That French au pair was a temp just for show.

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City Alex's photos are by two different photogs: Bob Coulter, and James Demaria who did the "post-birth" photos. It was Demaria who said those were the Playboy audition photos. This was all over Manhattan weeks ago. Alex used to look pretty good in another time. As for the Zarins, I can't say anything more. ![]()

| Re: The Real Housewives of New York City I love the Zarins. They seem like lovely, warm, down to earth people that use their wealth to enhance other's lives and enjoy theirs. They seem the most grounded of them all in not letting their financial status propel them higher or lower than they expect to be. I love Jill's honesty and I love her banter with Bethenny. I love how she is open to new friends at her age (not many are) and how she tries to be a good friend to everyone. I REALLY hope she comes back next season! |
