I agree 100%.

If you are a wanta be socialite and a porn star (which I expect to hear about soon), just admit it. My gosh, it’s bad enough their lack of redeeming character traits, but I was hoping they could at least be honest.

Do they love each other and love their kids? I think they do, but other than that, these two just seem to be wasting air (oops, I meant to say air time…sure I did ).

I really don’t know how Simon will be able to keep his job now. I hope he has a back up plan, perhaps he could pose for playgirl!!!

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

The whole thing with their home was weird. It was messy, and there were parts that were totally gutted and unlivable, and then the parts that were 'finished' were filled with IKEA furnishings.

Sure, some people have different priorities, they'd rather have a closet full of clothes and live in a dump. Okay, that's fine - whatever they want. BUT, the way these two talked themselves up, and they way they act like their poop doesn't stink, you would think that they would live in a nicer home. Like Bethenny said, they make such a point of acting like they are NY socialites, and are really into the best of the best. But their home looked crappy. Really crappy. So it makes one believe, like Bethenny said, that they are "all show and no go" - They want people to think that they are wealthy and live a very posh lifestyle, but seeing their home in the state it was in makes it seem like they are putting up a false front.

The state of their house wouldn't be a big deal if they didn't play themselves up so much to be such sophisticates that settle for nothing less than the best.

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

Wasn't it reported somewhere that Simon's hotel was a dump too?

Also: Alex's photo's after the baby..she didn't look like she'd just had a baby. Maybe some photoshop going on there or a lie.

That's because she is mature, real mature, like in puslhing 50ish? But then again how mature is it to dress up like a 20 year old and make a fool of yourself "clubbing" with your niece? (was that her niece???) I was just backtracking reading posts and poothz that Beverly Hillbilly comparison was brilliant, I scared my pussy so much she jumped off my lap!!!!!

Even if they DID furnish their home with IKEA, it could have been clean nice. It was literally DIRTY and DINGY and some of the furniture looked like they literally found it on the street! That futon Bethenny was sitting on! With that old nasty blanket on it... ick. The walls of their house are dirty (and please don't cite the toddlers as the reason. I know lots of families with toddlers and clean homes!)

Did you see that backyard? Looked like potholes in the weeds, oh I mean grass.

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

See, my husband's out of town and I've got the flu (Ramona would be so disappointed in my lack of partying; I did do a girl's night, but sadly, dildos never came up; plugs or no plugs) so I'm surfing around reading about the housewives, and it looks like Jill won't be back for a second season. I'm disappointed. I know she didn't receive much of a fall out on the boards, but am wondering what happened in real life " " and if there are repercussions " " on the street.
