I don't think they are in the process of renovating... if they are the contractor should be fired for not cleaning up after himself when he leaves a job.

That "thing" in the hallway is a baby stroller. The floors are hazardous and regardless of whether the paint is lead based or not , if it's chipping, it is a choking hazard for a 2 year old. Bethenny was the only "housewife" that had been to the house and she herself said it was as bad as it appeared on tv. Alex and Simon's "we're better than everyone", "have a better marriage than most" and snotty attitude in general make them so easy to dislike. Someone posted that it is none of our business how they choose to spend their money but when you subject your lives to be broadcast on television you are subjecting yourself to scrutiny, good or bad. I see them as nothing more than opportunists that failed miserably by trying to impress their audience and obtain a higher social standing.

As for Ramona, I could not stand her at first but after watching her last night I really pity her. It is so unfortunate that she is such an unhappy individual whose problems are deep-rooted. Ramona is not bad looking, has a gorgeous and loving husband, a daughter that is smart, beautiful, talented and has her head screwed on right. Ramona is a successful business woman with many more ventures she is exploring but deep down inside, she is a wounded soul. Some awful stuff went down in her childhood judging by her references to her mother and the letter she read after she had passed away. I hope for her daughter's sake she spends as much money and time on therapy as she does for her beauty treatments. She has so much going for her and she is destroying her family while they stand by and watch her sink deeper and deeper into mental despair.

It's Australian. Not everyone from there sounds like Steve Irwin....although wouldn't THAT be a great cross of shows? Toss a crocodile in a room, put a copy of the Society page on it's back, and see whether Simon and Alex go after it.

Oh my gosh, I think she will do ANYTHING for a buck. I was going to thank you for sharing the info, but really I would rather have not looked.

Please forgive me if this topic has already been addressed on this thread (I'm positive I've read every last post but I could have possibly missed something), but although Alex was "thin" by anyone's standards on the show, last night on the reunion she appeared absolutely EMACIATED. Her legs were like sticks and her arms were almost nonexistant. Did anyone else notice a difference?

P.S. My mom is in town visiting and she knew NOTHING about the show; we were watching the reunion and she was silent through all the Housewife intros, and when they showed Alex, she exclaimed "Egads! Ew!" ... I thought that was pretty funny.

Those pics of Alex are gross . If she thinks Hugh Hefner would want her in his magazine, she's even more deluded than I initially thought. However, I thought Ramona's reaction to the issue was stupid and, like others have said, pretty irrational considering her onscreen behavior. I know the show is about the wives, but I'd LOVE to see a reunion show featuring the husbands (minus Simon, because Lord knows we've all seen more than enough of him, ugh). I actually liked all the husbands, with the exception of Simon, and I think it would be interesting to get their take on what was shown on-camera.

I could be wrong, but in the pic in the hallway at the hotel, was Alex wearing one of the dresses that Simon picked out on the show? Because she said the naked pics were taken 2 years ago, prior to the show.
