Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

I have to go for now, but one thing is for sure...the level of oblivion reached by Alex and Simon re: how they come across, is nothing short of metaphysical. They've reached the zenith of obliviosity...to coin a phrase...pardonnez- moi Simon......s'il vous plait!!

I got the impression that Jill was groomed from early on to marry a wealthy, successful man. One of those situations where there wouldn't be any question about it, that was how it was going to be.

Bethanney, I'd really like to know where she makes her money. She had that $10,000 Hermes bag in the Florida episode, lies in a NY apartment and seems to like fashion. And going out for drinks and dinner, which is not cheap in NY. I don't believe for a minute that a fledgling cookie business is affording her the lifestyle she leads.
In the party episode where Romaona walks out, I think she said something like "people pay me thousands of dollars a day to cook for them...". I'm not buying it.

Have you checked out Bethenny's website? You can order muffins online. She charges like $35.00 for 2 dozen blueberry muffins, what a deal!!!

One thing about Ramona's bug eyes - I thought maybe she had a thyroid condition. Barbara Bush had Graves disease which caused her eyes to bug out.
All 104! WOW! Ramona definitely has a few conditions!

Does that excludes shipping & handling?

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

something about having muffins being shipped to me somehow gives me the impression that they might not be a fresh and soft as i would like..does the world really need more muffins...we could all go to a local bakery and get freshly made muffins if we really had to have a muffin...bethenny probably has access to family money, somebodies family, shes probably had a string of sugardaddys or maybe she is retired from a high class nyc escort service, i hear the politicans up there have greenlighted some of the more exclusive agencies.....

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

all you have to do is look at jills husband to see that she is in it for the money, he may be the nicest man in the world but for someone like jill who is so materialistic and concerned about her own appearence, im sure if he didnt have money he wouldnt have her either.....i bet jill used to work for his furniture business as a book keeper or sales person, then broke up his marriage and landed a shark..i would also bet her husband has had a vasectomy (pre jill) or she would have had a child with him, a little insurance uhhh .. what i meant to say was, what a great show of love it would have been for her to have had his child!

my little snark about bethenney and the escort business made a light go off...maybe shes been on the outs with her family because of the "the business" and i keep wondering why her fathers friend would give her black undies as a bday gift, unless maybe he knows about the "business" (maybe first hand) and it was his way of saying he remembers how good bethe looked the last time he saw her in a black teddy, if so then it wasnt such an odd gift after all.....and of course she would have to act suprised around jill....could be, keep an open mind..stranger thing have happened in nyc.....couldnt you see the ex gov giving ashley dupree a black teddy....she could be the next countess alshley dupree-deseppies..afterall the count has been missing for awhile..

Re: The Real Housewives of New York City

In an effort to sell her new skin care line, Ramona innocently asks "oh, does it hurt?" as her friend is receiving Botox injections. AS IF!!! She then goes on to inform her us that she has "NO wrinkles". OMG!!! Her skin care line must REALLY work!!! Or, it could be the face lift she is trying so hard to deny she's had. Seriously, her face is pulled so tightly I'm surprised she can blink!!!

A public data base shows her age as 51 (yes, I need a life) so I'm guessing that Ramona already knew if Botox "hurt" or not. Maybe I'm just jealous because I've got quite a few years till I'm 51 and my skin isn't wrinkle free. Maybe I'll try her skin cream. It MUST work. I mean, Ramona wouldn't LIE, right?
