I do agree that there are times the clients deserve to be berated, but there are much classier and intelligent ways to do it than to act like a foul-mouthed shrew.

Just watched tonight's latest episode..........couldn't believe it but Patti acted like a decent human being!!! Didn't scream obsenities at anyone, wasn't rude and vulgar and was only slightly rude to a couple of people.

I was pleasantly surprised at Patti's behavior and the behavior of the clients - they actually did what she told them to do! I'm sure it must be hugely frustrating for her to have these people come to her for her services and then just blow off everything she tells them. If they were doing so great on their own, they wouldn't need a matchmaker. I'd think that, if they hired her, they'd appreciate her advice. While I don't sometimes like the way she delivers that advice, she's often spot on in her assessments of people.

That guy with the mustache was just creepy. So was his friend. ITA with Patti - that mustache looked totally fake and like something out of 70's porn.

I think mustache dude and his "buddy" were more into each other than the woman.

I love it when her clients actually take her advice. Both were open to doing as she asked, and it seemed to work out for both.

I felt bad for guy the guy the millionairess dated, 'cause he was a real cutie. At least I hope Patty explained to him why she turned him down.

Patti reads people very well, but she is generally very crass and abrasive. When she tones herself down I like her interactions much better. I think her frustrations come with those who come to her and then just blow off her advice. I get why she gets angry and feels they are wasting her time.

I can understand that, too, and of course we don't know how she acts with "real" clients when not on TV. However, the fact that what most people know of her is based on what they see on TV should motivate her to tone down the language and the attitude a little (or a lot) for business reasons, I would think.

I assume she's very different with her real clients. These people are cast by Bravo for the show, and of course they want the "drama" factor ramped up for the show.

Last night was a breath of fresh air, but I don't expect it to last long.

The bald guy from next week's show looks like a creep.

I liked the woman millionairess who went on the Coney Island date.......until I googled her and found out how she got the money to finance her business. Not very nice, IMO.

Jason, the millionaire, was adorable! And I think he's found his mate!

Patti talked about how the millionairess got her start-up money, and thought it was a really smart idea. Can't say that I disagree!
