Right! She had the whole date planned, including the presence of another man (gay or not), and it was like her date was just along for the ride. I'm surprised he was as gentlemanly about it as he was. Just that alone should have told her she had a nice guy there, but she screwed it up.

I was not feeling well and caught the two episodes that were on yesterday, I used to watch the show much more when she was based in LA, but I have to admit, this show is awful, the men (the millionaires and the dates) are FUGLY and the women are no better. Anyone that goes to her to find "true" love is not going to succeed, she is really bad at picking the potential dates, but great at telling people off. I can't believe people pay her to find them a date. I know they say she is truly successful with tons of clients that do not appear on the show but does anyone really, I mean really know what her successful rate is because what I see on tv, it is pathetic.

On the Bravo website there are blogs by the clients as well as Patti and Destin. If we are to believe them they are real clients and not plants. The jury is out on that for me.

The "Poker Chick?" isn't even a real pro poker player. She's loses more than she wins, and only calls herself a poker player so it will be easier to find her next meal ticket. It's all detailed below:

I think what really really got me was how she talked about her makeup guy's "package" while in the car with her date. I don't care if he's gay or not, talking about a guy's "parts" on a first date is completely inappropriate, to say the least. Or am I just too old fashioned??

No, you are not too old-fashioned ... just sensible! The woman was totally rude and inappropriate to invite her friend on the date, flirt with him in front of the date, and make the date feel like a third wheel and a fool. I wish he would have said "stop the car," gotten out (calling her a few choice names), called a cab and gone home. Actually, since they were out of town, much better to have turned around and left before getting on the plane, as soon as he saw she had invited another guy to go with them. That's like the guy last season who invited another woman (his supposed "assistant") to go on the date. Maybe because they're being filmed for a TV show they have to go along with it, but I hope in real life they would never go through with the date.
