Has anyone looked into the people who work for Patti? (The married couple.) Are they actors or do they really work for Patti in some way?

I like watching this show, but I have no delusions about how real it is. I think 99% of it's soooo fake! I think sometimes things really do work out, but they cast the millionaires (using that term quite loosely) for maximum drama.
Honestly, I believe it's basically a high-end escort service. If you pay close attention to the mixers, you will see a lot of the girls appear in other episodes. I think she uses escort girls combined with a few women that are cast from an open casting call. Just my opinion. I still enjoy the entertainment but I don't believe it's for real, although occasionally there are couples who legitimately end up hitting it off.

Here is the link...if you click the contact us, you'll see Patti's face on a cell phone. I'm not crazy about the website design. You also see bios of the staff, including Dustin and Rachel.

    Re: Millionaire Matchmaker

One of the things that bother me about this Millionaire Matchmaking service is that Patti is not really doing any "matching" except providing attractive people in the gender her client wants. If they look good, they're in. Nothing about education, backgrounds etc.
It always appeared to me that she or her employees go out on the street and round up as many attractive people they can. No other requirements are needed. Unless Patti thinks your hair, clothing, body needs improvement. Or maybe a casting call (cattle call?? ) in the newspaper/online.
Is it not surprising that there are so few matches??!!

I have no doubt that the crowd at the mixers is stocked by central casting. That does not bother me; they are there to make the gathering look full. The millionaires focus on the 5 or 6 Patti has chosen for them.

A couple of her millionaires have popped up on other reality shows. The older gray haired man chosen for Shauna was a familiar face! The guy who she ran from and lost a shoe.

I am more interested in her new boyfriend being exposed as a marketing ploy. It has to come out. Wonder how much she got from Plenty of Fish to drop their name? It really is hysterical to think she would go on a free dating site when she has access though her own business!

Thanks. Hover over Services and click on Florida under photographers on the drop down menu. Look at the blonde babe in a bathingsuit with a skirt, clearly designed for an older woman. WTF??! If she were not in such a sexy pose I would have pegged her for being in the Soft Surroundings catalog.

Wouldn't using your own dating service be, kind of, a conflict of interest.....and don't ask me how, but it just seems that it would. It's kind of like a drug dealer who does his own drugs. Just seems inappropriate to me; that whole, "you don't crap where you eat" thing. I never believed in blurring the work lines by getting involved with somebody with whom you work; just not a good idea.

Thanks for that link above for The Millionaire Club. Those consultations are pretty expensive. A half day with Patti for a consult is $90,000. Her staff is less, but still $2,000.00. It says for a limited time only! Does that mean you don't normally get a consult with Patti? I guess that's pocket change for a truly wealthy person.

I know we had speculated that Patti's fiance was a ruse, but has he admitted it? I didn't know it was proven yet.

I wouldn't expect her to use her own service, but I would think she'd be interested in using another matchmaking service if she believes in the concept! Patti using a free online dating site and finally actually finding "the one" (if we are to believe that) that way is like admitting that this is a better way to meet the right person nowadays than using a matchmaker. It's like the CEO of DishTV satellite service using Comcast cable instead!

Which makes me think why some of the clients don't take her advice!
$90K doesn't sound like a lot to some, but to a millionaire who possesses a net worth under 3 mil, that's a lot. I would think so anyway...sadly, I can't be in the club. LOL
