Why was she trying to make herself throw up??

When you're detoxing, your stomach hurts so much, actually everything hurts. You feel very ill and want to throw up but it doesn't really come up. She was probably trying to throw up to make herself feel better.....clearly she's made herself throw up before, she did it like a pro unfortunately.
    Yup, with donuts!!

Seriously! He's on my very last nerve. I realize it's not all his fault but it's just too much for me to take anymore. I actually turn the channel when he comes on.

Heroin detox creates THE WORST physical symptoms. Diarrhea, headache, backaches, severe nausea and body shakes. The detox symptoms are too many to list. She probably felt like puking but it wasn't coming out.

I heard that heroin detox is the worst thing to go through physically.

I thought the same thing. It looked like she was a pro at making herself vomit. Poor thing, I hope she is through the detox. Do you still have those severe withdrawals with the medications you are given?

Withdrawl can only be made a little bit more comfortable, but not much. All meds are for the pain in the joints and usually are only NSAIDs. I know that heroin addicts can get methadone but most rehab places won't shell out methadone anymore because it's just as addicting.

If it's already happened, then I missed it but I would love for Gary Busey to get in Rodney Kings face with his stupid motivational acronyms. I think Rodney would be more than happy to shove a pool stick up Gary's butt.

Agreed. I'd pay to see that.

I have to say, aside from Gary (and sometimes Jeff's behavior), this cast has been much more likeable to me than last season.

You know I can hardly remember the cast from last season. All I remember is Jeff Conway and all his antics.
