These people were in rehab at Dr. Drews place for what? 21 days? You can't kick an addiction you've had for a long time in that short amount of time. I figured most of them would relapse and they did. I'm very happy for Bridgette though, she is doing the best out of everyone.

I'm watching the reunion and am glad they are very honest about what they did when they got out of rehab. It's nice to see Chyna getting in touch with her feelings about her childhood and learning to love herself.
    Yup, with donuts!!

I'm glad they were honest. It's important for them to admit it but admitting it doesn't mean they accept it's a problem. I think that Mary probably disappointed me most in her rationalizing. Didn't Bridgitte go into directly from another treatment program so she entered with a head start on everyone with this whole process?

Chyna still seemed kind of evasive to me.

I wasnt disappointed with Mary......I think she has lived more life than anyone else on that show, and unfortunately not a very healthy one. In a way, she has created a type of fugue, or state of disassociation, which is common in women who work in the adult entertainment industry. No female enters the sex industry without having serious battle wounds from their childhood or youth, and once in the industry, it becomes a bottom feeder of addiction and self persecution. The fact that Mary publicly proclaimed she did not want to work in the films anymore is commendable, but the only real success she will have is if she gets some intense long-term psychotherapy to ensure that her old demons do not come back up on her.

I never liked her before this show, I never even thought much about her. But after watching the series, my heart just aches for her and out of everyone on the show, I just wish her the best.

Jaimie on the show also worked in the sex industry filming porns as well. And that seems to be someone on the show that was sort of avoided along with her adult industry past.

I think my disappointment with Mary was due in part with the fact that the day I ended up watching their reunion show I also got a smut catalog in the mail and there was Mary in there advertising with no clothes on her fake vagina. So I think it was just a double whammy for me that day.

Through all the bizarre twists and turns, I just have to say that this show was--to my complete surprise--one that I actually made sure to watch on a regular basis. I really enjoyed this show from the beginning to the somewhat disappointing end. I was what it was and that was okay, even though I was disappointed in how most of these folks still thought it was acceptable (on some level) to keep repeating their reprehensible behaviors in their imaginary version of 'moderation'. Maybe that was what kept it 'real'. It was surprising, rote, shocking, disturbing and predictable all at the same time. I saw many of these people in a whole different light and some of them, sadly enough, ended back up under the same damn rocks from whence they came. But kudos to them any way. Some of them really tried and I appreciate those who took it seriously enough for sharing their experience. I hope that some of them will look back on their experience with this show and give sobriety another shot and I hope that there's another season of Celebrity Rehab.

Oh you don't want to know. lol

I hope some of these folks start working their programs and get their stuff together. I hope Mary eventually stops stripping too since that is an environment ripe with temptation to go forward into movies again or to use drugs/alcohol to excess.

I just kind of hope that they all see how they are potentially playing with fire with some of the risks to their sobriety they're taking and that they all get into a long term inpatient program or find something that works for them before it's too late.

Is anyone watching Season 2? I didn't know about it until I saw a post on another board about it.

I saw that Jeff was back and that Gary Busey was also a resident. I didn't realize Busey was an addict, I figured he just had major brain damage from his accident.
