i hope there will be a second season. the finale was a tearjerker. this was my favorite reality show this winter.

It's funny it took almost to the last episode to find out that Joanie takes benzodiazepines (tranquilizers such as Xanax, Tranzene, Valium...all are benzos).

Xanax is the one I believe she mentioned. It can be very addictive and that sort of addiction carries a dangerous withdrawal syndrome.

I think the problem with Joanie is that she has a bipolar and/or anxiety disorder (undiagnosed) which she has been self medicating for years. Maybe she can get the help she needs now, although she didn't choose to go to Sober Living.

I was really disappointed that only three of them chose to go.

I would just love to find out how these people are doing now.

A reunion should be interesting, and I hope they have all been doing well. However, even if some of them had started using again they probably wouldnt admit it...

Apparently Jeff Conaway is going around crediting Scientology and his good buddy John Travolta (well a good buddy who must have ignored his problem for years until he got on TV with them) for his so-called-recovery, not the show.

It doesn't really matter who gets the credit to me, just as long as Jeff stays off drugs. He seemed so ready to die before.

I'm really looking forward to the reunion. I hoped they all stayed sober, but the one I'm rooting for the most is Mary. She is such a sweet and lovely girl under all that porn star crap. I hope she managed to stay out of the porn industry, it just seems to destroy people.

I heard from my brother, who happened to be channel surfing, that some of the group were on Tyra Banks's show this week. He isn't into Tyra at all, lol...but he found the show as interesting as I did (the rehab show).

He told me that Jordan (is that her name? the blonde singer from Florida?) had got high again and been arrested. He said Seth was apparently doing pretty well, and I can't remember if any of the others were on the show.

And I hope I got all that right. Feel free to correct me if any of you know better.

Her name is Jessica Siera (not sure about the spelling of the last name). I hope that's not true, but I would certainly believe it. I really hoped she'd stay sober! She was one of only three who agreed to go to Sober Living. Too bad -- if this is true. She seemed like a sweet kid, and I remember watching and liking her on American Idol.

I saw an original airing of the Tyra show and Dr. Drew or someone mentioned that Jessica did start using and ended up arrested for some drug issues again and that he partially expected it from what I remember from that show.

I want to see if Mary made it too.
