All right, I haven't been watching this show at all (mostly because I can't), but I just looked at the photo shoot, and hot damn. This is phenomenal. Everyone turned out killer work.

I'm really hoping that Holly survives the cut, mostly because an all male final three would be really lame. I have a soft spot for Ronnie due to the episodes I have seen, so I want him to make it through too.

Ergo, Either Perry or Ben can leave, even though Ben looks fine as hell in his picture. And big eew about the mangina shot of Perry.

I checked out this thread before the show aired here on the West Coast because I was curious as to who was going home. I'm really disappointed that Shannon ended up being the one going home.

But it was expected, I must say. This show biggest story line (right until Perry's girlfriend fiasco) was Ben and Ronnie's relationship. The viewers ate it up, and the two of them immediately became front runners. And whatdayaknow, they both ended up in the final 4.

It has been repeated so many times in this thread that this show has gone downhill because all the good models have been getting voted out. I've said it a couple of times before, and so have other people, but I'll say it again: this is a popularity contest that is about modeling. I wouldn't expect the voters to vote for the person who had a good picture or a good walk. Most voters will be voting for who they like.

It's like with every other show that has America vote:

American Idol = a popularity contest that has its contestants singing
Dancing with the Stars/SYTYCD = a popularity contest that has contestants/celebs dancing

And many other shows like those.

I'm disappointed about it myself because I thought Shannon was a good model (and I liked her), and if the vast majority of voters would have voted for the best model, then she definitely would have stayed over Ronnie.

And I guess I have to cross another name off my favorite list in my signature.

Crossing Guard: At least with AI or DWTS/SYTYCD, while we viewers may be amateurs, we do have something to judge the talent by. We may not be able to discern the best dancer or singer, but we're sort of in the ball park.

It's different with modeling, because I think most of us haven't a real clue what to look for in order to judge adequately. I'm pretty sure we didn't see enough, or learn enough, about the mechanics of modeling to really judge who was the best and who wasn't. More time was spent showing the contestants sniping at each other than showing them learning the modeling ropes.

I voted for Holly 10 times. I don't want any of the guys to win, but Perry or Ben will probably win. :rolleyes

Wow at the photoshoot! That is some awesome execution! Perry I think should go, and as much as Ben's photoshoot is my favourite, I'm still not rooting for him, therefore Holly or Ronnie for the win!

I thought the judges comments to Holly were much harsher than the guys. I'm voting for her because she is by far the best model there. She looks great in every shot and on the runway. They obviously want a male to win (come on-- this show is on Bravo), but I'm hoping Holly will be able to take advantage of the males possibly having to split votes from their male fans and Holly can get the female votes. I hated Perry's photo shoot, but I loved the others. Holly won the catwalk hands down. Holly-great photo, great catwalk=WINNER.

Very true. On AI, Dwts, and SYTYCD, they don't show much of the contestants, pretty they have an interview than they go on to perform. MMAS is very different. It is kind of like the Real World mixed with ANTM mixed with DwtS (I said DwtS instead of AI because we actually have a limited number of votes, just like in DwtS).

The show is airing here right now, but I just went ahead and took a look at the pictures for this week.

WOW!

Holly's photo is amazing. Ben also did a pretty good job. The worst one is Perry. I didn't like any of this pictures. And Ronnie... he was okay. Not good, not bad.

I would love to have seen Shannon do one of these photos.
